Kelahiran<\/li>\n<li>1 Lembar foto copy Kartu Keluarga<\/li>\n<li>1 Lembar foto copy KTP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Untuk Calon Mahasiswa Pindahan :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Lembar legalisir Transkrip Nilai\/Akademik dari Universitas yang bersangkutan.<\/li>\n<li>Surat Keterangan Pindah atau Surat Keterangan Pernah Kuliah dari Universitas yang bersangkutan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Catatan:<br \/>\nJika Ijazah dan
